Vir omtrent tien jaar is ek 'klient/patient van die oudiologist Lelani Louw van "happyhearing". Lelani is 'n wonderlike en regtig 'n baie behulpsame mens. Angeslienn ek 'nrolstoelgeval is en in 'n outehuis woon, kom sy elke keer as daar fout met een van my twee gehoorstukke is, na my toe en probeer dit dadelik reg stel of sy vat dit saam en stuur dit weg. Sodra sy dit terug ontvang brng sy dit dan weer na my toe. 'N beter diens kan regtig niemand verwag nie.
